Shipping policy

Our Ice Fishing Pack Baskets that are currently in stock typically ship or are available for pickup within 3–5 business days. “In stock” generally means the pack basket has been woven but may not yet be fully assembled with a liner and straps.

Due to high demand, pack baskets that are not in stock have extended lead times of approximately 7–10 business days.

You can pick up your product(s) at our fulfillment center at 36 Anthony Ave. in the Augusta Business Park.  If you select this option when you arrive look for the shipping dock at the far-right side of the building, notice an entry door to the left of the loading dock. You can also call (207) 317-6226 to arrange a pickup time. We have no set time for this option and can accommodate most pickup request outside of our normal business hours of 8am - 3pm M-F.
